This is a reel of 1.75mm red PLA filament with 1KG weight, allowing you to give your prints a beautiful red appearance. It is commmonly used by used by reprap, Makerbot, Mendel, Huxley UP! Printer, WeisTek and Thing-o-matic 3D printers.
Polylactic acid or polylactide (PLA) is an environmentally friendly material suitable for various 3d printers. It is dimensionally stable, so you won't need a heated bed. And on the whole PLA works better than ABS in the machine, requiring lower temperatures and give stronger, more hard-wearing prints.
